LakaPlay is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of all users, especially children under the age of 14 ("Children"). We will not collect unnecessary personal information from adult users.

5. Parental Rights

  • Right to correction: You may request to correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal information about your child;
  • Right to deletion: You may request the deletion of your child's personal information, and we will promptly delete it in accordance with the law, unless otherwise required by law;
  • Right to withdraw consent: You may withdraw your consent to our collection and use of your child's personal information at any time. After withdrawal, we will no longer collect or use your child's personal information, but this will not affect the validity of the information collected and used before the consent was withdrawn;

6. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to comply with changes in laws and regulations, or to adapt to changes in our Services. When we make material changes to the Policy, we will notify parents/guardians through prominent positions on our platform (e.g., pop-up prompts, email notifications) and obtain your consent again if required by law.
